Can we process emergency visa to Vietnam?
Yes, we can.
Last minute or emergency visa is very strict and need much documentation from us. We can only obtain emergency visa for countries without restriction (in the order form) and person NOT in the black list to enter Vietnam (criminal records, political issues etc.). Only tourist purpose or combine business and tourist purpose.
Any important things to remember?
1. Bring passport photos, valid passport, visa stamping fee 2. Must meet our staff to further processing your emergency visa. 3. Emergency visa is only valid 15 days.
How to apply emergency visa to Vietnam?
The steps are easy. Follow our guide:

- We process immediately and guide you.
- Get visa guarantee letter on email and board the plane
- Meet our staff once landed. We process the last step for your visa. Our staff need to hand in further company’s documentations and present visitors paper towards the visa counter etc.
Can I change or correct the visa guarantee letter?
No. It is not possible. Due to urgent and emergency, please make sure all your information is exactly as in your travel passport! New orders/ application need to be submitted. Before applying, you need to consider the cost of changing the flight vs. the emergency visa cost.
Emergency Vietnam visa requirements
Emergency visa to Vietnam or urgent visa to Vietnam is available for most easy countries.
Visitors to Vietnam must obtain a visa from one of the Vietnamese diplomatic missions (embassy) or via agency on arrival, evisa* or visa code at embassy, unless they come from one of the visa exempt countries. All visitors must hold a passport valid for the next 6 months. Standard international regulation. The immigration in Vietnam is normally not strict regarding this case. However, some airlines are strict regarding this case.

New Zealand
Visitor from New Zealand can apply all type of visas. New Zealand nationality can apply for emergency visa or last minute visa to Vietnam.
Australia
Australian nationality can apply for emergency visa to Vietnam.
Finland
Finland has visa exemption. Note: Cannot re-use within 30 days. If not, emergency visa to Vietnam for Finish nationality is the only option as last minute visa. Read more on visa requirements to Vietnam.
USA
Visitor with US passport can apply for emergency visa.
Japan
Citizens with Japanese nationality are entitle to apply for emergency visa. Note: Japan have visa exemptions. Cannot e-use visa exemptions within 30 days after last exit. Read more on visa requirements to Vietnam.
France
Emergency visa to Vietnam for French Nationality is available.
